I am NOT EVIL but am I perfect enough to go to heaven?

V. It is wrong to think that one will go to heaven just because he is a good person, he is not evil or a murderer or follows the ten commandments of God. Are you perfect enough to go to Heaven?

Revelations 21:8 But the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and drug users, and idolaters, and ALL LIARS, these shall be a part of the pool burning with fire and sulphur, which is the second death.

Are you a coward? Do you have FEARS?

Do you believe that there is no God? Do you doubt that Jesus died for us on the cross and is the only way to Heaven?

Have you sinned?

Did you have sex outside of marriage?

Do you pray and appear religious in the outside but deep inside you have deep dark thoughts of sins?

Do you believe in other gods beside the one true God - Jesus Christ?

Have you ever LIED in your life?

Facts Every single human being would have lied at least once in his or her life or feared something so based on Revelations 21:8, the FEARFUL and ALL LIARS will go to hell. Life on earth is too short compared to eternity in HELL.

Bible What standard do we use when we say someone is good? Based on the bible, only God is good For all have sinned and all are in need of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

Inspiration When you know that there is a drop of urine in a 20-liter water tank, will you still drink it? In your peanut butter sandwich, when there is a tiny spec of manure, will you still eat it? Anybody who has sinned and is not cleansed cannot enter heaven, as heaven is a per fect place, free of sin.

Bible The penalty of sin is DEATH. Romans 6:23 states For the wages of sin is death. But the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Decide Heaven is a perfect place where there is no sickness, no suffering and no tears. Nobody whose sin has not been paid in full can enter the narrow gates of heaven.

Personal Testimony In elementary, there were preachers who come to school and I did not understand why they always start by asking people if they have lied in their life. In one of the Bible study, it was emphasized that all liars will go to hell. At that time, my impression of heaven was you are in the clouds, floating and constantly worshiping God for no reason. After understand ing that heaven is like the Garden of Eden, with physical rooms, a place where you dwell with friends, living in harmony with other animals, birds and fish, a perfect place where there is no sin, no tears and no pain, it made me realize that Heaven is the greatest prize of all and like what the scripture says, what is the point of gaining the whole world when you lose your eternal soul.

To do In the Bible, Jesus is kind to sinners (prostitutes, tax collectors) and harsh to the self righteous (Pharisees, 12 apostles). The main difference is that sinners are aware that they do not deserve to be saved and they appreciate the Grace of God more when they are saved. Self-righteous people think that they are better than others so they deserve a better reward, which is a wrong mindset. Accept now that we are all sinners and there are no good people and be grateful of the Mercy of God. When you see others you deemed as sinners being blessed, do not judge as you do not have the right to judge others, as you are a sinner yourself. The difficulties and problems you are facing is just God’s way to make you realize that you are nothing without God.
